you'll have to excuse me for the less than brilliant (he he) posts this week. a bit stressed and "elsewhere" mentally, as i'm getting myself in the groove of this new gig.
these presidential debates... did i miss like 12 months or is it still june 2007... why don't we just have the iowa caucuses a week after election day and let dave eggers run the damn country. i mean really. so if a president gets 2 terms, let's see: 8 years - 4 years campaigning - 1.5 years glad-handing - .5 years on a plane or asleep = 2 years of work. no wonder they only make $250k a year!

oh, and did it dawn on anyone else that you or i have about as good a shot at the white house as approximately 75% of these so-called "presidential hopefuls". hello?
