my wife and my daughter went to the store.
a store, if you will.
this store is located close to our home but it's home is located in the Twin Cities area.
this store has many items that one can purchase should one desire to.
some of these items are suitable for placing in ones home.
regardless of said home's location.
my wife and my daughter purchased several items at the store.
one of these items is pink and is contained in a small plastic bottle that is affixed with a top in which the pink liquid (thus the pink color) can be squirted out in the event the small plastic bottle is squeezed.
this pink stuff in the small plastic bottle that my wife and my daughter purchased at the store is intended to be used to wash ones body.
hygiene.
they do this on occasion wives and daughters.
go together to stores and purchase items that they will later apply to their bodies in an effort to achieve cleanliness.
i sat on the commode this morning observing the small plastic bottle with the pink liquid inside.
it rests on the edge of the bathtub.
i had paused on the commode where i was reading a very good novel by one Deb Olin Unferth.
i noticed the label on the small plastic bottle housing pink liquid with which a human can wash his or her body.
the pink factor might indicate it is marketed and therefore somehow intended to be used to wash the female body.
the label reads Teen Spirit.
my daughter is five years of age.
but i digress.
upon exiting the bath, after bathing, after applying generous amounts of the pink stuff, having squeezed the small plastic bottle (as directed).
my daughter "smells like teen spirit".
really.
